How it runs
The same five moves on every product, whether the system is new or inherited.
- I UX direction Consultation during the requirements phase, before scope hardens.
- II Wireframe and test Direction settled with AI-assisted wireframes before production commitment.
- III Source of truth Sole ownership of the Figma file: tokens, components, screens, prototypes.
- IV Spec for the stack Components written against Flutter, React, Kendo UI or Ant Design as required.
- V Build and transfer Styling implemented directly, style guide left in-file for onboarding.
